The Musketeers put their live on the line when the Queen is accused of treason.
Rochefort now turns 100% villain. He has an eyepatch.
Another good episode, and I have to say that the whole show has pulled itself up in my estimations. It’s more than just tick box drama and actually has some quite good characters, including characterizing King Louis as a somewhat childish and fickle king who is controlled by the wrong people but blames the Musketeers when things go wrong. It got very dark in nature though, which is a good thing because it shows they aren’t afraid to pursue avenues of plot. That being said, I don’t think its likely that they will kill off any major characters (i.e.: any of the musketeers themselves) just yet.
