On 10th August 2016, series 1 of the French-Canadian series, ‘Versailles’ ended.
Movie about a banker, Sam Wheat (Patrick Swayze) who comes back as a ghost to make sure his girlfriend, Molly (Demi Moore) is safe from his killer, and enlists the help of psychic Oda Mae Brown (Whoopi Goldberg) to protect her.
A young escort is trying to find a husband and a young man moves into her apartment building with a rich older lady. What could possibly go wrong?
I wanted to watch this film ever since it was released in cinemas but never got around it. When I heard the premise, it just made me think of films such as Fault In Our Stars and most films of that ilk due to the florid tear-drenched ad campaign.
I was surprised to find that in the entire history of this blog I have not reviewed this film. This film has always been a cornerstone of my childhood, and even to this very day.
And, from a lovely family-friendly musical. To a found footage horror movie!
